2 Hour Life Drawing Session ft. RAW - Sunday 4/23
Interested in taking your life drawing skills to a new level?
Join me in experiencing an intimate life drawing session aimed at exploring the figure partially clothed, through lingerie and various forms of bondage (themes will change based on model). By breaking up the figure into simplified shapes, anatomy and perspective become easier to understand. This 2-hour life drawing session will challenge the way you see and understand how to draw the human form.
**This is a beginner friendly class, open to everyone who has an interest in improving their life drawing skills.
Class Breakdown: I will begin class by discussing anatomy and offer some drawing tips with examples and live demonstration. We will have a variety of poses to draw, beginning with a few 1, 5, and 10 minute poses to warm up before diving into one long pose for 45min.
All dry media is acceptable, please bring what you feel most comfortable working with (ie. sketchbook, drawing pad, digital tablet, etc).
Charcoal/Newsprint/Drawing Boards will be supplied for quick sketches during the warm up.
Fold out chairs will be provided for seating, but I highly encourage bringing your own pillow/blanket to comfortably sit on the floor. Lets get cozy ✨

RAW {they/she/it} is a queer femme artist based in Austin, TX. She is a co-producing artistic director and the production manager of ErotiQueer BurlesQue, and performs as burlesque dancer Rebel Raspberry with her troupe and on other stages around town. It has been working as a professional live figure model in the Austin area for 8 years, and, as an actor, was most recently in the debut performance of Little Peasants at SXSW.
